Open advanced startup options using Settings

Step 1: Open the Settings app. That can be done by clicking on the Settings icon in the Start menu or using the Windows logo + I keyboard shortcut.

Step 2: Once the Settings app launched, go to Update & Security > Recovery page.

Step 3: Under the Advanced startup section, click Restart now button. This will restart your PC.

Step 1: Turn on your PC or reboot your PC. When you see the Choose an operating system screen, click the last option labeled Change defaults or choose other options.

Step 1: When you are the login or sign-in screen, click the power button, hold down the Shift key and then click the Restart option.
